(Nasdaq: TRNS) (“Transcat” or the “Company”), a leading provider of test measurement, control and calibration, today announced the appointment of Roy Simmons as Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer (“CSCDO”). In this newly created executive role, Simmons will report to the CEO and serve as a core member of Transcat’s executive leadership team.
As Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Mr. Simmons will be responsible for shaping and executing Transcat’s enterprise-wide growth strategy. This includes leading corporate strategy development,overseeing the full M&A lifecycle, and ensuring strong alignment between long-term strategy and operational execution.
