The SMX100 RF amplifier is an SSPA designed to excel in RF performance. IFI SMX100 amplifiers operate over a frequency range of 10 kHz – 220 MHz / 200 MHz – 1 GHz (10 kHz – 1 GHz) and possess 100W of power. The IFI SMX100 features Instruments for Industry’s signature conservative design, allowing it to perform EMC testing below maximum ratings, enhancing the unit’s ruggedness and long-term reliability. A sixth generation LDMOS transistor provides reliable performance up to 1 GHz. Each amplifier features an individually shielded aluminum assembly for the module level; this shielded, modular design, minimizes internal EMI signal leakage and offers easy access for field service.
