The Tek SD14 is a dual channel, 3 GHz probe sampler designed for high-impedance signal acquisition where 50 ohm acquisition system is not optimal. Ideal for high speed devices. Consisting of two samplers, connecting is easy through the 1.0 meter cable for probing. Using the 11801C it is possible to configure up 136 channels.
