Both current clamps and clamp meters read AC or AC/DC current with no need for circuit disconnection. The designs feature jaws that clamp around conductors of varying dimensions to detect a current’s magnetic field. The multi-functional clamp meter measures current, while also delivering general digital multimeter capabilities. Current clamps work in conjunction with compatible power quality loggers, DMMs, oscilloscopes or recording instruments, while c lamp meters operate independently. Our clamps cover commercial and residential applications, such as HVAC, electrical system and industrial equipment testing.
