Siglent SSG3000X-PLUS-21BW32 Upgrade 2.1 GHz to 3.2 GHz (SW)

The Siglent SSG3000X Plus-21BW32 is a software upgrade option that extends the frequency range of compatible Siglent SSG3000X Plus series RF signal generators (such as upgrading an SSG3021X Plus to an SSG3032X Plus) from 2.1 GHz to 3.2 GHz.

• Extends capability from 9 kHz-2.1 GHz up to 9 kHz-3.2 GHz
• Activated via a USB stick or the generator's built-in web interface, taking effect immediately after a reboot
• Delivered as a digital license key with no hardware changes or tools required
